Embroidery kit made exclusively for The William Morris Society by Sally Roberson. The design is inspired by William Morris's Sunflower design for wallpaper, which first appeared in 1897 in monochrome and was later produced as a more opulent version in gold on a crimson ground. An example of the wallpaper can still be seen at the National Trust's Arts & Crafts property Standen in West Sussex, which was designed by Philip Webb, lifelong friend of William Morris.

Contains full instructions and materials (unbleached calico with hand-drawn design, needle, threads, Morris in Bloom label). The finished embroidery measures 14cm x 14cm, and can be framed or used to embellish a bag or as the centrepiece for a cushion.
