About Us

Have nothing in your houses that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful

William Morris, "The Beauty of Life," a lecture to the Birmingham Society of Arts and School of Design (19 February 1880)

Welcome to The William Morris Society's online shop. Your purchases will help to support our educational programmes, exhibitions, events and conservation of our museum collection.

As well as popular favourites we have tried to select handmade products made by smaller manufacturers and craftspeople in the UK.

Our shop is assisted by volunteers and orders are despatched twice a week, on Mondays and Thursdays.  If you need an item in a hurry then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
